Common Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to US addresses only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to get notified when it launches.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@filorafilament.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once a tracking number has been assigned, we can't intercept the shipment.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Take a photo and email it to support@filorafilament.com. We'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.
What qualifies for free shipping?
Any order with a subtotal of $49 or more before taxes automatically qualifies for free standard shipping. No code needed.
Can I return opened filament if I had print quality issues?
Yes. If you experienced print quality issues (inconsistent diameter, excessive moisture, unusual behavior), email us with photos or a description and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.
