Flexible, grippy, and tough — Shore 95A TPU for parts that need to move, seal, or absorb impact.
Filora TPU 95A sits at the firm end of flexible filaments. It has enough rigidity to hold shape under light load but flexes and rebounds under force — making it ideal for gaskets, phone cases, cable strain reliefs, grips, and wearables. Print it slow. Feed it with care. The results hold up where rigid materials crack.
- Nozzle temp: 220–240°C | Bed temp: 30–60°C (no heated bed required)
- Shore hardness: 95A — firm and pliable; more rigid than 87A/85A TPU
- Print speed: 20–40mm/s — slow is mandatory; fast printing causes compression and jamming
- Direct drive extruder recommended — Bowden setups struggle with flexible filament buckling
- High abrasion and tear resistance — outlasts rigid materials in flexing applications
- Chemical resistant — handles oils, fuels, and common solvents
Use for: phone cases, RC bumpers, cable boots, door seals, shoe insoles, tool grips, robot feet, and any part that needs to flex without breaking. Disable retraction or use minimal retraction (0–1mm direct drive) to prevent filament buckling in the extruder.
These are recommended starting points. Fine-tune based on your specific printer and environment.
Tested and validated on these printers. Works great out of the box.
Store in an airtight container or resealable bag with silica gel desiccant. Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight.
This filament is 1.75mm diameter — the standard for Bambu Lab Prusa Creality Ender Voron and most modern FDM printers.
Most PLA/PLA+ filaments do not require an enclosure. Higher-temp materials like ABS or ASA perform better with an enclosure.
Yes! Most of our standard filaments work well in Bowden setups. TPU requires a direct-drive extruder for best results.
